Tom Peters
Peters changed the business world in 1982 when he co-authored In
Search of Excellence. His book ushered in a management
revolution, changing how leaders viewed their relationships
with customers and employees. He followed Search with
a string of international bestsellers, including the influential Liberation
Management and a dazzling series of books on reinventing
work. He presents about 100 major seminars a year, writes hundreds
of articles for different publications, and serves as chairman
of the Tom Peters Company. When he’s not on an airplane,
he lives on a 1,500-acre farm in Vermont. His most recent interests
are in capturing the underserved market represented by baby
boomers and in bringing excellence to health care.
